Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using any Choscor app, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use them.
Who we are
Choscor is an independent app studio based in Vietnam. You can reach us any time at support@choscor.com.
License to use the apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control. You’re licensed to use the apps. You don’t own the software itself, and you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them.
Apps from the App Store
Gratodo, Memwiz, Cashwize, and Lucky Luck (including their Universal Purchase Mac builds) are distributed by Apple through the App Store. Your use of them is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple handles delivery and billing, Apple (not Choscor) is responsible for App Store purchases and refunds, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
Apps you download directly
Agents, Screenshot, ChoscorDB, and Desktop Pet are distributed as macOS downloads from our own servers rather than the App Store. The same license above applies: install them on devices you control, and don’t redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer them except to the extent the law expressly permits.
Payments and refunds
- App Store apps. Some are paid one-time purchases (for example Gratodo at $4.99, Growth at $4.99, and Memwiz at $7.99). Others are free to download, some with an optional one-time Pro unlock. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its standard terms.
- Agents. A one-time purchase of $9.99 after a 7-day free trial. No subscription, no renewal.
- Screenshot. A one-time purchase of $5.99 after a 7-day free trial. No subscription, no renewal.
- ChoscorDB. A one-time purchase of $9.99 after a 7-day free trial. No subscription, no renewal.
- Desktop Pet. Free. Any tip you choose to send is voluntary and non-refundable.
- No subscriptions. We don’t sell subscriptions for any app.
Warranty disclaimer
Our apps and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can’t promise they’ll be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choscor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or website. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant app.
Acceptable use
Use our apps and website lawfully. Don’t misuse them, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in ways we haven’t intended.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our apps evolve. When we do, we’ll revise the “Updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our apps or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
